Appointment policy

  • We ONLY  take appointments over the phone (no exceptions).

  • We are Appointments ONLY, ALL services required deposit. In case of cancellation or if you need to reschedule please give us a call 24hrs prior your appointment so you can get your deposit back. Otherwise the deposit is NON -REFUNDABLE.

  • If running late we provide 15 mins grace period, otherwise your appointment will be rescheduled and it will require a new deposit.

  • When booking your nail services, please specify if you wish to get nail art. Be aware that takes extra time and it's NOT part of any nail service.

  • No call no show appointments will be charged full service amount when booking a new service.
