Privacy Policy



Our Policies & New Safety Guidelines for Services 


*ALL clients mush have a FACE MASK/FACE SHIELD ON, in order to enter our establishment.


*Covid 19 screening questionnaire and temperature will be taken upon arrival for all STAFF MEMBERS and CLIENTS.


*EVERY client MUST wash their hands before proceeding to pick their color and start their service.


*UNFORTUNATELY no pets nor joiners will be allowed in our establishment. We must keep our CAPACITY LIMITED to 25% (excluding staff). 


*TMLR is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.


*We WON’T  be able to offer refreshments NOR allowed outside BEVERAGES/FOOD. We must keep our MASK/FACE SHIELDS ON at all times.


*All manicure stations have been separated 6ft apart from each other. Our pedicure and manicure stations have acrylic shields, so we can provide protection between our clients and team members.


Appointment Policy 



*We ONLY  take appointments over the phone  ☎ (no exceptions).


*Due to pandemic we have a limited capacity of guest. We are Appointments ONLY, ALL services required deposit. In case of cancellation or if you need to reschedule please give us a call 24 hrs prior your appointment so you can get your deposit back. Otherwise the deposit is NON -REFUNDABLE.


*If running late we provide 15 mins grace period, otherwise your appointment will be rescheduled and it will require a new deposit.


*If feeling symptomatic please give us a call 24hrs prior to your service so we can HONORED your deposit and we can RESCHEDULE your services.


*When booking your nail services, please specify if you wish to get nail art. Be aware that takes extra time and it's NOT part of any nail service.


*For BEAUTY BAR (Microblading) Services we request $150 deposit to book your appointment.


*No call no show appointments will be charged full service amount when booking a new service.


Service Policy



*We are an ACRYLIC FREE Salon, therefore we DON'T REMOVE ACRYLIC NOR FIX ACRYLIC NAILS.


*We have a 7 day NO CHIP Policy. If chips occur, please give us a call so we can fix it free of charge. Gel services ONLY. After 7 days, all fixing services will be charged. BROKEN nails are NOT part of this policy.


*ONLY Nail services, Microblading and Eyebrow Waxing Services are available at the moment.


*Please let us know if you have any MEDICAL condition before your service. Be aware that we do NOT treat FUNGUS and CAN'T provide service.


*We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services.


*Our TEAM is Barbicide Covid-19 certified. so rest assure we’ll keep practicing our sanitation protocols before, during and after each service.


*Employees should not report to, or be allowed to remain at work if exhibiting symptoms or reporting they feel ill.


*Unfortunately our salon is not child proof, so please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. This policy is just to ensure a relaxing experience to you and all our clients.


*Online booking is for PRIVATE EVENTS. Feel free to fill out the form in our website page at www.tmlacquerroom.com


*We TRULY value our relationship with our CLIENTS. Therefore, we DON'T tolerate disrespectful conduct in our salon.
